Prices are net. Tax is added at payment according to the buyer's country — for a business purchase you can enter your VAT number.
Stripe issues the invoice automatically. You can download the PDF after purchase or from the Stripe customer portal. Payment by card or SEPA transfer.
One year from the date of purchase, paid up front. After that year it renews automatically for another year — unless you switch renewal off beforehand in the Stripe customer portal. Switching renewal off does not remove your access: the account runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
The account switches to read-only for 30 days: your data and notification archive stay available and you can export them, but you cannot create new notifications. After 30 days the account no longer makes the documentation available — this is not deletion of data, and data export stays available. Paying again restores full access. If your company accepted earlier terms with a longer access period, it keeps that period (Terms § 8(5d)).
A customer on Essential (cap 10) adding an 11th product gets the message “Cap exceeded — upgrade to Growth”. There is no overage charge — it is a hard upgrade. That keeps pricing simple: 10 products = Essential, 11-50 = Growth, 51-200 = Scale.
Yes — the ECHA Legal Entity account always belongs to the entity placing the mixture on the market, which is your company (CLP Annex VIII). You set it up yourself, and we walk you through it step by step during your first onboarding.
It depends mostly on how many safety data sheets you have and how complete they are. We are still in pilot, so we do not quote an average we have not measured — for your first product we go through it together with you.
The old credits (1/5/10/25 packs) were withdrawn on 2026-05-23. If you have unused credits, they are honoured in full. Write to us at contact@chemready.eu and we will confirm your balance.
By buying a plan you accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by Stripe.
